What does an HD officiant wear to a wedding?
Our typical attire is a black business suit, although if a themed wedding presents itself, we play along. What is the wedding fee for the HD Officiant? $425 (no HST) How about the funeral/memorial fee for the HD Officiant? We start at $250. There may be additional travel costs for out of regions services. Is the rehearsal included in fee? No, rehearsal is an additional fee of $125. Most couples choose not to have the officiant at the rehearsal but if you desire it, it can certainly be worked out. I don't have a sound system, what can I do? Not to worry, the HD Officiant team can help you out by bringing a battery-powered sound system ensuring that your guests can hear the entire ceremony or service. Just let us know. How long are the ceremonies? That depends on what you desire for your ceremony. The average length for a ceremony is about 20 minutes. Are we able to write our own vows? Certainly! You can choose to memorize them or read them to each other. Great creative, have some fun and weave your story in there. just remember to make a commitment in those vows. How can we pay for the officiant's services? We accept cash, cheque, credit card or email money transfer. Are there rules concerning photos? Not from us. That is up to you and your photographer. What if we cancel the wedding? In the case of a cancellation we will need, in writing, from the bride and/or groom that the wedding is actually cancelled. What are policies regarding officiants? If you book Jeff HIcks to officiate your ceremony, he is the one who will perform your ceremony. There may be times when he can't make it to the ceremony due to a family member passing away, traffic, emergencies, etc. In those cases, Jeff has colleagues who will step in to ensure your wedding goes as planned. What are your policies regarding refunds? If you chose to cancel your officiant within 10 days of making the deposit, then that $250 deposit is refundable. On day 11, however, it is non-refundable. |
